He was extremely responsive if I had questions or wanted to tour a property and he was not at all pushy or high sales like some other realtors can be. With his help, I was able to get the house I wanted, with the exact terms I was looking for. He negotiated terms with the seller's agent effectively and gave me updates asap. It was also so helpful that he was a wealth of knowledge about the VA Home loan and what the appraisers look for. It was a great experience working with him for the process and I highly recommend him to others looking to buy a home.

I interviewed three realtors before choosing to work with Cyrus. He is professional and I felt he offered the best deal. I am happy with my choice as I had a very good experience selling my home in Tacoma. In preparing my home to sell, I had received very high bids from a local handy man for paint touch ups and to fix leaky sinks prior to listing. Cyrus's handyman completed them before my house went on the market. Cyrus also had him repaint trim I hadn't noticed was peeling and powerwashed my front stairs and walkway which gave the property a lovely facelift. The listing photos were excellent quality. My one snag in this selling process was trusting a realtor who presented a contingent offer and promised his clients were listing their house at "fire sale pricing." I accepted their offer and their house was quite slow to sell. (At the time I closed on my house the original offer folks had dropped their price 160k and still hadn't gone pending.) Luckily, I received another offer while it was contingent and that sale went through quickly. I learned a lesson to not accept a contingent offer based on a buyer's agent's word. In the future I will ask the price they plan to list and have my realtor run comps in the area to get a more accurate assessment. Regardless of this snag, I highly recommend Cyrus Bonnet to anyone looking to sell their home in the Tacoma area.
